Raw Chocolat

From my sweet and innovative cousin Shannon who lives on an apple orchard soon-to-be oragnic farm in New Brunswick (how sweet is that?), this easy to make treat is my new favorite. Also fun to wrap in brown wax papper and gift to all those who make your life sweet. Raw cacao contains a rich supply of vitamins and minerals that enhance mental and physical wellbeing. This superfood is considered the new red wine. Need I say more?
